Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and school closure, AFJROTC is pursuing distance learning through google classroom; our code is s4o7bt2. Both Colonel Mark Hustedt and Master Sergeant Jeffrey Lisle are providing as much digital support as possible. Please reach out to their emails if you have any questions or concerns.

Our Mission:

To Develop Citizens of Character Dedicated to Serving their Nation and Community.

Our Goals: 

Instill values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment in high school students.

Our Objectives:

Educate and train high school cadets in citizenship; promote community service; instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline; and provide instruction in air and space fundamentals.

Our Program:

Royal High School is excited to offer the prestigious Air Force Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFJROTC) program.

 

The AFJROTC program is grounded in the Air Force core values of integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. The curriculum emphasizes the Air Force heritage and traditions, the development of flight, applied flight sciences, military aerospace policies, and space exploration.

 

Col. Mark Hustedt (Ret) is the instructor of Royal High School's program which will include an Aerospace Science/Leadership Education course of study.
