In order to help your son/daughter succeed, Please:

  • read my Classroom Management Plan.
  • stay up-to-date with daily lessons by looking at my calendar.
  • make sure there is a quite and dedicated study time at home.
  • understand students should always be reading the current chapter, reviewing notes and watching specific videos every night.
  • be aware all my notes, video links, lab packet, CMP's and other useful info is on my site for you and your child.
  • note that your son/daughter may make-up a test that is lower than 75%. See Grading Policy.
  • stay up-to-date with grades on Aeries.
  • know that you are welcome to come meet with me in the morning. I get to school around 7:10 am.
  • note that lab, video and test make-ups are at 7:10 am on specific dates that students have scheduled an appointment for.
  • note I do not use Email as a communication tool. Your son/daughter is important to me! I would rather have a conversation on the phone with you. Please give me a call and leave a message with the best time to get in contact with you.

Ryan Luce

"For most of human history we have searched for our place in the cosmos. Who are we? What are we? We find that we inhabit an insignificant planet of a hum-drum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people. We make our world significant by the courage of our questions, and by the depth of our answers."

Carl Sagan
