Zina Goldman
I've been teaching Biology and Anatomy for 28 years and have spent the last 11 years, since 2007, here at Royal High School.
After graduating from California State University Northridge with a degree in Environmental Biology, I began working in the Beverly Hills Unified School District where I taught for 17 years. While at Beverly Hills USD I served as department chair overseeing the 4 middle school science departments, ran a middle school science fair, and took students to various science competitions.
Here at Royal I am the faculty advisor for our National HOSA chapter and I coach Royal's Academic Decathlon Team. Finally, I am part of the Sports Medicine Pathway here at RHS. Through our pathway we are preparing students for a career in the medical field as physicians, nurses, physical therapists, sports training just to name a few.
This year I am teaching Honors Biology, CP Anatomy Physiology, IB Biology and Honors Anatomy Physiology
I am looking forward to meeting all of you and a great school year!

19th out of 40 schools.

Our Royal High School Science Club brings home more medals! Team Stick-I-Gami (Ning Hu, Tammy Ly, Jonathan Chang, and Tyler Tran) won 1st place overall and team In-Seine (Ben Goldman, Cobe Alvarez, Emily Ramirez, and Teresa Taylor) won 2nd place overall in the Impromptu Building Design event. Everyone worked hard and had fun!
